Account information
Lovable Cloud handles your email and authentication. ZenPlay saves your display name, account preferences, account-change activity and any closure request in private account records. Your password is not part of a player profile.
On this device
Language, demo balance, favorites and recently played demos are saved in browser storage. Authentication also uses session storage managed by the sign-in service. Local demo activity is not a financial ledger and may be lost when browser data is cleared.
Private access
Player profile and preference records are restricted to their owner. Compliance information is a separate public summary; uploaded compliance documents are restricted to administrators.
Access and closure
Signed-in players can download selected profile and preference data from Account Privacy and submit a closure request. A request does not immediately delete the account, and no review deadline is promised.
Missing operator details
A genuine privacy contact, legal entity and retention schedule have not been supplied. The Contact page saves a local draft only; it does not deliver a privacy request.
